公司成立于2008年2月，注冊資本1.4億元，其中哈投集團占39.29%。

      公司投資5.3億元建設了賓西鐵路項目，全長37公里，是哈爾濱市第一條地方鐵路。一期工程已經投入運營，正在運行二期工程建設。

    It was founded in February 2008 with registered capital of RMB 140 million, of which Hatou Group accounted for 39.29%.

    The company invested RMB 530 million in the construction project of Binxi Railway. It is the first local railway in Harbin city, covering 37 kilometers. The first phase of the project has been put into operation, and the second phase is under construction.
